Legal Consults & Referrals: Free 30-minute consultations with attorneys and mediators, referrals to legal aid resources in your area, and access to discounted legal services.
Financial Assistance: Free consultations for advice on a variety of financial matters from knowledgeable certified financial professionals.
Work Life Resources: Six sessions per year of life coaching for personal, professional, and career development.
Child Care Resources: Assistance in finding child-care information, resources, and referrals for your area.
Elder & Adult Care: Elder-care information, resources, and referrals.
Online Resources & App: 24/7 access through phone, web, and mobile app, with articles, podcasts, videos, on-demand training, self-help tools, and other educational resources.
Virtual Support: Access to virtual peer groups and digital wellbeing tools.
Discounts/Exclusive Offers: Discounts on travel packages, fitness, rental cars, hotels, pet products, amusement park tickets, movie theater tickets, technology, and much more.
Please know All One Health is still available, and nothing has changed with that EAP. Guidance Resources is no longer available. If you wish to learn more about TELUS and All One Health, please sign up for our next Introduction to Your Employee Assistance Program, teams training on Vector, the next training will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2027.
The Risk Management Loss Prevention team would also like to remind employees to update their beneficiaries on their Voya life insurance forms when it’s necessary. Voya is the free life insurance for full-time active employees. To update your beneficiaries please log into your Employee Online and look under forms/documents. Click on personnel forms and then click on VOYA beneficiary designation form. Once you fill that out, please inter office mail it to Risk Management Loss Prevention at CH202.
